Our Team

Dr. Niall Cronin graduated with an honours degree in Dentistry from University College Cork in 2005. He moved to London where he worked in Kent gaining extensive experience in all surgical aspects of dentistry. Following this, he relocated to Edinburgh where he continued his training and worked predominantly in Cosmetic Dentistry.

He completed his membership exams to be accepted to The Faculty of Dentistry in The Royal College of Surgeons Ireland where he also attained a Diploma in Primary Care Dentistry.

Niall completed his training in Implantology with the International Team for Implantology in Gatwick London. He traveled extensively all over the world completing master classes with Professor Daniel Buser at the University of Bern Switzerland, Dr. Eduardo Anitua in the Biotechnology Institute Spain and Professor Markus Hurzeler in Munich Germany.

Niall completed his post-graduate training in Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment) and Trauma from the University of Chester. He completed restorative training with Professor Paul Tipton.

He is a Committee Member of the Irish Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and also a member of the International Team for Implantology and the Irish Dental Association. He is a qualified comprehensive Invisalign provider.

Despite his special interest in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dentistry Niall still regards himself as a family dentist treating a wide range of dental issues. A combination of his warm-hearted approach and in-depth knowledge in all aspects of dentistry creates a secure and comforting environment for all his patients, providing all their expert dental care under one roof. He has treated thousands of patients in the Galway area and is very happy to welcome all patients to his new premises at The Waterfront, Bridge Street Galway.
