Our Team

Sharon has over 22 years of experience in the dental field. Having started out in 1997 qualifying as a Dental Surgery Assistant, she worked in practice for many years gaining experience in all aspects of dentistry and in time was promoted to practice manager. She held this position for 10 years before deciding to return to full-time education to study Dental Hygiene at University College Cork.

Sharon loves working more closely with her patients to help educate and motivate them to better oral health. She is especially good with nervous patients and has a very gentle caring manner. She was a finalist in the Kin Dental Hygienist of the year.  Sharon looks forward to meeting new and old patients in Galway Dental Clinic.
